1.Properties:
NT-5,a new high-efficiency and low-temperature type of whitening agent (Optical Brightener) for polyester fiber,is one of the diphenylethylene benzoxazole compounds.The high concentrated commercial NT-5 is a light yellowish nonionic dispersed solution,with slight blue hue,which is stable when used together with cationic softeners and can be used together with sodium hypochlorite,hydrogen peroxide and reductive bleaching agent in a bath.

2.Applications:
The product is suitable for whitening and brightening polyester fabrics or cotton-polyester blend fabrics and whitening plastic as well.The product is compatible with pad-dyeing hot-melt process,high temperature-pressure exhaust process and low temperature adsorbing and fixing exhaust process.Especially the product also has very good effect at 95-100°C,60min through exhaust process,which polyester whitening agent is far from being able to do. |
3.Directions for use and dosage:
Pad dyeing process:NT-5 whitening agent 1-4g/l; twice exhaust and twice padding 100°C pre-drying160-190°Ccuring for 20-30s for setting.(Water wash can be dispensed with.)
High-temperature-pressure exhaust process:NT-5 whitening agent 0.2-0.6%(O.W.F.); bath ratio 1:20;adjust the PH value to 4-5;Keeping dyeing temperature at 100-130°C for 60 min reduction clearingdrying.

5.Packaging and storing:
Filled in plastic kettles,10kg each,and packaged in cardboard boxes,2 kettles each.Stored in cool and ventilated place. |
